The movie is based on a young woman Sarah. Sarah (Gina Vitori) is on a skiing holiday and get a horrific accident on the slopes, one that leaves her badly injured. But while most of the medical staff try to save her life, Dr. Vincent (Anthony Jensen) insists that her leg can be saved.
